Important announcement: legal merger of SEM-SAFE Fire Safety A/S into Siemens A/S on 1 July 2025

We are pleased to announce that SEM-SAFE Fire Safety A/S will be legally merged into Siemens A/S as of 1 July 2025.
This follows the acquisition of SEM-SAFE Fire Safety A/S (formerly known as Danfoss Fire Safety A/S) by Siemens on 1 December 2024. The organisation in Odense will report to the global Siemens Fire Safety business, which is a part of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure – Building Business Unit.

This legal merger will bring some important updates effective as of 1 July 2025. Please find them summarized below:
